Baking Dishes



 
In order to use your functional pottery in the oven, you just have to remember not to place a cold dish (i.e., one that has just come out of the refrigerator) directly into a hot oven. That causes temperature shock and the pot will most likely break.
 
Place your food in the baking dish, and place the baking dish in a cold oven. Then turn the oven on, and let the dish heat up as the oven does.
